How to Apply for PC & CMM for JNTUA Students

Applying Process for Students who are applying at College & Students who are willing to apply directly from the University

    All the Students who have completed their final semester and who have passed out all the semester and obtained the results from the Official site are eligible for applying for the Provisional Certificate (PC) and Consolidated Marks Memo (CMM).

Applying Process for Students who are applying at College

• The Candidate must fill out the below-given form with all the entries (This form will be provided to you by the Examination Section Incharge on submission of the No Due form, which is accepted by the Librarian, Accounts Section, and Principal)

• All the Semester Certificates Xerox Copies of all 4 years (Total of 8 Certificates), If you are an L.E guy who joined after your Diploma you have to submit all 3 years (Total of 6 Certificates) and SSC marklist too
• If you haven't gotten the original certificate of the latest semester examinations, then you can submit a Xerox copy of the results of the recent examinations
• Later you have to submit the Identity Card Issued by the Government to You, and your parents for example (the Aadhar card)
• After Submitting the above details, you have to pay the Application Fee of 250/- to the Exam Section Incharge who will collect all the forms you filled
• At last, don't forget to collect the receipt of the payment of the application fee, as shown below

• That's it for the students, who are applying for the PC and CMM at the college itself.
• The Certificates will be handover to you in the span of at least 2 months.

Appling Process for Students who want to collect PC from University (1 Day Process)

• Firstly, you have to go to the college where you have studied and submit the below-mentioned forms and the required documents.
• You have to fill out the form of Application form for the Provisional Certificate which is shown above
• Then tell the Examination Section Incharge that you want to collect the PC & CMM directly from the University.
• They will provide you the Acknowledgement sheet and a Letter as shown below

• Don't forget to take the Seal and Signature of the Principal on the Application and Acknowledgement Sheet and all the Xerox Copies of all the Semester Certificates and the latest examination results printout paper along with the SSC mark list
• It is better to take the Seal and Signature of the Principal on the Xerox copy Aadhar of you and your parents
• That's all you have to collect from your college
• Then pay the Challan at the nearest SBI bank or Andhra Bank, by filling out the below-given form below forms

• Then collect all the above-discussed documents and go to the Examination Block which is located opposite to Govt. Polytechnic College of Anantapur as shown below

• Submit the above-mentioned documents and tell them to apply for new Provisional and CMM Certificates
• They will proceed with the process and submit the PC and CMM on the same day

NOTE: The Closing Timings of the Examination Block is 05:30 PM

I have applied to my College but I haven't gotten the Certificates after 2 months, What should I do?

    If you want the Certificates in Emergency then proceed with the following steps or else wait till the college staff brings them

• Ask the Exam Section in charge to provide you the Letter as shown in the above images.
• Along with that ask them for the Acknowledgement and Payment Reference sheet as shown below (These are not mandatory only a letter is required, but if they ask at Examination Branch then it will be easy for you guys to submit without any hurry at that time)

• That's all you have to submit at the Examination Branch, They will check for the Certificate and Provide you the certificate on the same day.

Is an Original Degree (OD) compulsory?

Yes, Even though you have the Provisional and CMM, You have to apply for the Original Degree, or else you have to pay 500/- per year as a late fee after 1 year.
